The Wellness Benefit includes cover for routine visits for everything from annual vaccines to deworming and tick and flea control. It also covers microchipping, which is vital for tracing and identifying your pet, if they go missing

The procedure is quick and relatively painless. The microchip is implanted (by injection) just beneath your pet’s skin, between their shoulder blades, and is as small as a grain of rice. A unique identification number is pre-programmed into the micro-chip. The number is registered on a database and can be read by a microchip scanner. If your pet goes missing and is taken to any vet or SPCA, they will be able to scan this chip, and find your contact details, so that you can be reunited with your pet.
