Our country’s abuse statistics are nothing short of shocking! Yet, most of us think that it’s not our problem. When the truth is no matter who you are, what you wear, where you stay, work and play... women and child abuse is your problem too.

So, start training and bring your sisters, mothers, brothers, fathers and even your dogs to walk either the 4km or 8km in heels to show your support for victims of women and child abuse.
