ALTECH NETSTAR

If your policy requires the installation of a tracking unit in your vehicle, Altech Netstar will be of assistance.

The Altech Netstar application process is telephonic and only takes a few minutes. Thereafter, an appointment will be booked for you at a fitment centre near you and the tracking device will be installed at no cost. A monthly subscription fee is however applicable.

Altech Netstar will require you to test your unit at least every six months, for your own security and protection, at no extra cost, especially if your vehicle was in an accident, has been in for a service or if any mechanical or electrical repairs were conducted.

We are confident that with an Altech Netstar tracking device installed, your vehicle will always be covered with care.

CABS FOR WOMEN

1st for Women sponsors a safe and reliable metered taxi service called Cabs for Women.

These Johannesburg-based cabs are driven by women, for women and are emblazoned in – you guessed it – pink - making them easily identifiable.

Cabs for Women launched in South Africa in 2008. All Cabs for Women drivers have professional driving permits and the vehicles are fitted with route planning devices so passengers will always know where they are and where they are going.

1st for Women policyholders will receive a 10% discount on their cab fare when travelling with Cabs for Women.
