This service is available during normal office hours (Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 16h30)

The following services are offered during office hours only and all arrangements made are for the client’s billing:

Executive Assistant/ Lifestyle Manager (NEW)

Must-do’s such as car service, dentist’s visit or school meetings barely make it into your list of priorities. You will be allocated your own Executive Assistant who will make these appointments on your behalf while you tend to additional pressing matters in your life

Travelling Assistance

Ensure that a well deserved holiday goes as planned by allowing us to arrange your intricate travelling needs:

• Flights - We will source all available flight options to your chosen destination, advice on the most convenient and economical flights and routes to take, provide information on visa requirements, inoculation requirements and provide information on weather conditions.
• Accommodation - We will source all available flight options to your chosen destination, advise on the most convenient and economical flights and routes to take, provide information on visa requirements, inoculation requirements and provide information on weather conditions.
• Car Hire -Phone us to arrange a car rental of your choice to take you to the airport and/or a rental car to be available for you at your destination.
• Tourist Information -To complete your dream holiday, you will be given a list of the well known attractions at your destination and, should you be travelling to a foreign country, we will provide you with a list of tips for travelling in e.g language basics (hello, thank you, goodbye), safety etc .

Leisure and Lifestyle

Should you be interested in unwinding with the assistance of our Leisure and Lifestyle services, these activities are a phone call away. Arrangements include:

• Dining- We have a nationwide restaurant reservation service with access to over 2, 000 exclusive restaurants and the ability to create a client branded restaurant guide.
• Golfing
• Fishing
• Body spas
• Leisure boats, etc

Home and Family

Enhance your quality time with your family by making use of our family oriented services:

• Children – Call us to arrange or to refer you to the best available child-related services, such as:
  • Tutors, paediatricians or medical specialists
  • Therapists – occupational, speech and psychologists
  • Educational products & services - books, toys, games, labels for school
  • Party venues & party Services - jumping castles, cakes
  • Holiday entertainment – children’s theatre, camps & workshops
