This benefit is included with the Office Contents and Buildings cover sections and offers the following office emergency support services:

Tradesmen and Repairer Assistance

We will pick up the cost of an emergency call-out fee plus 1 hour’s labour if you are in need of the service of a locksmith, electrician, tree feller, glazier or plumber. We will also provide you with referrals to builders, painters, garden and cleaning services.

Emergency Services Assistance

In an emergency where you need help from the police, traffic department, fire brigade, ambulance services or your security company, we will gladly notify these service providers of your request.

Appliance Assistance

If you need to arrange for the emergency repair of any appliance, including audio and computer equipment we will refer you to an appropriate repairer and ensure that the appliance is collected and delivered.
